Milan Men's Fall 2012 2

Versace
Somewhere out there – and we’re not talking on the body of the entertainer at your son’s birthday party – there must be a man looking for a head-to-toe floral camo ensemble with a popping green fur collar. No? What about a fitted croc vest? Leather chaps? Needless to say, it was military meets the Village People at Donatella Versace's vibrant Fall 2012 Versace Men’s show.

Moschino
If anyone can make neon bright suiting work, it would be Rossella Jardini and Moschino menswear designer Bill Shapiro. That they did, along with bow ties aplenty and musical and brick wall prints.

Marc Jacobs
For the guy who wants you to think he’s too cool to care (but most certainly does) about what’s draped over his body, Marc Jacobs’ collection will prove golden. Knit hats, shades, and skateboards accessoried a tailored, but laid-back collection that mixed brights, flannel, plaid, with subtle lush touches of fur and cashmere.

Gucci
It was pure luxury at Frida Giannini’s Fall 2012 Men’s Gucci show. A slew of austerely fitted, military-esque looks, including a good number of dark floral prints and velvet pieces, gave her collection a highbrow feel with chunky knits and fur-accented roomy outerwear adding a cozy counterbalance.

Jil Sander
It was leather aplenty in this season’s Raf Simons’ designed Jil Sander collection. Befitting of a futuristic film (think The Matrix), the collection including silhouettes that ranged the gamut from loosely draped to tightly fitted.
