Why we like it: Kerry didn’t only sport this polka dot Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2015 dress with ruffled sleeves to the Scandal-inspired clothing line event, she also rocked the same outfit to celebrate the launch of Jennifer Meyer xo Jessica Alba. A graphic bag and white pumps featuring polka dot heels further defined the look.
