More than 20 Aussie labels have been chosen to showcase at New York Fashion Week’s Spring 2016 shows in September, exposing their collections to an international audience.
NYFW regulars TOME NYC, Dion Lee and Zimmermann will be back on the runway, as well as Rebecca Vallance, which is garnering attention abroad for its luxurious fabrications and structured tailoring. The label also showed on-schedule at NYFW in February 2014.

The designer behind the eponymous line, Rebecca Vallance, tells theFashionSpot, “We love the USA market — we find that our American customers really understand our collections. Showing at NYFW illustrates our commitment to the USA market as well.”
She continues, “Rebecca Vallance was initially launched in London in 2011, so for us showing internationally is about keeping the brand’s international presence and growing on it every season.”
Fashion Palette have also invited 20 Aussie designers to present Spring 2016 collections as part of its showcase at NYFW.
