True Directioners will remember when the boys reprised Natalie Imbruglia’s “Torn” at Simon Cowell’s pad and then again in the final three of The X Factor UK compeitiion, and this week, as they release their fifth album and their first without Zayn Malik, the group have blessed us once more with their first performance of the song in five years.
Stopping by BBC Radio 1’s “Live Lounge” to promote a bunch of songs from the new album “Made In the A.M”, the boy band also proved that the fortune teller’s right and there’s nothing where Zayn used to lie with their old favourite “Torn”.
They also performed Rihanna, Kanye West and Paul McCartney’s “FourFiveSeconds”, which was fab, but the Natalie cover really showed us what it was to cry. While Harry Style’s voice and face have only gotten more beautiful over the past five years, we also don’t know who would object to these four now-adult men talking about lying naked on the floor.
