Forum members ignited discussion straight away. “I was so excited when I saw the title, but they really messed up with the cover. Did they manipulate her cheekbones?” asked a suspicious MDNA.
“The cover photo is a little too young for her IMO…” said an underwhelmed kenndale.
“Not loving that expression on her face on the cover,” pointed out an equally unimpressed Handbag Queen.
Also not exactly jumping for joy over the outcome was Creative: “The styling is atrocious and the layout too. Cheap.”
Wolkfolk shared the same unfavorable sentiments, adding, “You have J.Lo and you do THAT?!?! What’s wrong with you people, seriously.”
But not all of us were so displeased with W this month. “Stunning! I don’t like J.Lo at all but whatever. I love everything about the cover and the editorial. It feels like a retrospective of certain details in Jennifer’s life and career (the starlet, pop star, somewhat edgier acting roles, etc). I’m pretty pleased with W,” approved iriswills.
“Can I just say how much I love this – the cover is such a departure from Jennifer’s tacky style that this is a breath of fresh air,” appreciated dodencebt.
