Thanks to seasonal allergies and a less-than-optimal sleep schedule, I certainly have my fair share of dark circles under my eyes — yet I rarely (if ever) choose to conceal them. That’s because the costs usually seem to outweigh the benefits — yes, the dark circles get covered up, but the concealer usually ends up clinging to any dry patches and settles into fine lines, ultimately drawing more attention to what I was trying to hide in the first place.
I’m starting to change my tune, though, thanks to the proliferation of exciting new concealers out there, formulated with the tricky undereye area in mind. This breed of concealers tends to be hydrating, breathable and light as air, moving with your skin instead of drying it out and emphasizing texture. Ready to bust some dark circles? Keep reading for some of the best undereye concealers in town.

Lilah B.
Virtuous Veil Concealer & Eye Primer, $44 at Sephora
Is this not the cutest little concealer you've ever seen? It has a satisfying heft to it and it fits so nicely into the palm of your hand. As for the formula, it's creamy and weightless and emollient enough to help brighten the undereye area without clinging to dry patches.
Charlotte Tilbury
Magic Away, $32 at Charlotte Tilbury
This concealer pen really does "magic away" dark circles, brightening the whole area with a highly pigmented and hydrating formula. Plus, we can't help but love the luxe rose gold packaging.
Milk Makeup
Flex Concealer, $28 at Sephora
With a handy squeeze tube combined with a doe foot applicator, this concealer is definitely a win on the ease-of-use front. It also happens to have a creamy-yet-light texture that blends into airbrushed perfection.
First Aid Beauty
Hello FAB Bendy Avocado Concealer, $22 at Sephora
Leave it to skin care favorite First Aid Beauty to create a genius product that treats as it conceals. It's packed with hydrating ingredients like avocado oil, vitamin E and mushroom extract , resulting in a texture that's as decadent as the avocados that gave it life.
CoverGirl
TruBlend It's Lit Concealer, $8.49 at Target
This breathable, brightening formula is so easy to use — with its click-pen/cushion-tip applicator, it's ideal for on the go. And we're especially excited to use it, ever since CoverGirl became the biggest brand to go cruelty-free .
Kaja
Cat Nap Under Eye Brightener, $19 at Sephora
So, this isn't a concealer per se — it's more akin to a color corrector — but it's still great for waking up tired eyes. It has very light (and comfy) coverage, but the salmon tint helps to offset your dark circles.
Cover FX
Power Play Concealer, $30 at Sephora
Though it has a thinner consistency that blends well, this new concealer formulation still boasts some pretty excellent coverage, sans creasing. We also love that it comes in an impressive 30 shades.
Glossier
Stretch Concealer, $18 at Glossier
There's a reason why this handy concealer has quickly become a cult favorite — it covers so well, but it moves with skin so it never gives you that tell-tale cakey look.
Sisley
Stylo Lumiere, $65 at Nordstrom
Got a taste for the finer things in life? You're not going to be able to resist this ultra-luxe undereye concealer. It has the creamiest feel and the dewiest finish and though pretty much undetectably lightweight, it still conceals dark circles like a champ.
Josie Maran
Vibrancy Argan Oil Full Coverage Concealer Fluid, $28 at Sephora
Is argan oil a superstar or what? This oil-infused concealer is as moisturizing as it is high coverage. The liquid formula sets nicely to a dewy, natural finish that has staying power to spare.
Koh Gen Do
Maifanshi Moisture Fit Concealer, $42 at Dermstore
Believe us, this concealer does not mess around. Though light enough to be used on the undereye area, it has some pretty epic pigmentation and coverage. Buff and blend it out and it looks just like your natural skin — minus any imperfections.
RMS Beauty
Un Cover-Up, $36 at Sephora
RMS' extremely natural formulations are amazing on every level and this concealer/foundation hybrid is no different. A little goes a long way with this emollient option since the pigmented formula blends so well. Plus, we love that it recently expanded its shade selection.
L'Oreal Paris
True Match Super-Blendable Multi-Use Concealer, $12.99 at Ulta
This undereye concealer is light as a feather and it definitely lives up to its "super-blendable" moniker.
Cle de Peau Beaute
Radiant Corrector for Eyes, $65 at Nordstrom
What a dream. It's oh-so-creamy and we love how the light-reflecting pearl pigments add a natural, radiant glow to your eye area. The brush-tip applicator also makes it great for on the go.
Revolution
Fast Base Concealer, $8 at Ulta
Here's another awesome (and convenient) concealer pen option. It has a thin consistency that blends well but still boasts considerable coverage, with nary a crease in sight.
