Based on Lagerfeld’s drawing, it was clear to Philips that the focus would be on the models’ eyes for this season’s runway presentation.
When choosing the color for the eye make-up, Philips was inspired by the shades and colors of the French garden that was recreated in the Grand Palais, where this season’s dramatic show took place.
The models’ radiant complexions, along with their glowing eye make-up, worked beautifully with the black, grey, and white pearls and enamel that Lagerfeld integrated into Chanel’s costume jewelry this season.
Nails were graphic and strong, and a thin black line was drawn in the center part of the models’ hair to create a high-impact, chic look.
To create the runway look, Philips prepared the models’ skin with Chanel Hydramax + Active Nourishing Cream for Dry Skin, and then used the following Chanel products:
