NYFW is coming into the home stretch but the city’s beauty talent is just getting started. Donna Karan’s landmark show was noteworthy for more than a few reasons, but this glossy metallic eye tops our list. Makeup maven and rock goddess Charlotte Tilbury used tonal silver and gunmetal shadows to create depth on the eye. We love the brushed up brows, natural lip and luminous skin. Sometimes when attempting a metallic eye, the instinct is to use a shimmery powder and mattify the skin, but we love the overall radiance of this look. Tilbury used a gloss on the eyes, which is a trademark Fashion Week tip we’ve seen used throughout this past week, which gave the creamy shadows a liquefied look that is seriously editorial without being too hard to get at home.
