In honor of this day that recognizes handbags across the nation, I would like to personally give a shout-out to the bag that I treasure just as much as my Mansur Gavriel — my makeup bag. My handbag houses life’s everyday necessities like my wallet, keys and sunglasses, but my makeup tote keeps more personal things like my favorite shade of Tata Harper Volumizing Lip and Cheek Tint (in Very Charming, $35) and my cuticle-saving Dermalogica Hand and Nail Treatment ($25). It’s my little package of confidence in a way — all of these products serve a different purpose, but work together to enhance my natural beauty every single day. Some of these products are newer than others, but they are all a part of my daily routine — like the La Prairie Eye Essence I won’t stop talking about — and I think they are pretty special.
