Rumi Neely is known for her unique style and photography through her blog, Fashion Toast. Early on, her love of fashion led her to create an eBay vintage store called Treasure Chest Vintage and then a blog in 2007. Her most recent venture is a luxury clothing collection, ARE YOU AM I, which launched in 2014. Both Treasure Chest Vintage and Fashion Toast gained immense popularity and a strong following of adoring fans that love her laid-back, California vibe and ease in effortlessly mixing high and low looks. Neely was born in Newport Beach and grew up in Tokyo, Hong Kong and the Bay Area.
