Hair Food
Sulfate Free Color Protect Dry Shampoo, $11.39 at Target
If you don’t have time to wash your hair, dry shampoo is key for a quick, waterless refresh. "Hair Food Sulfate Free Color Protect Dry Shampoo is great to mist through the hair to not only absorb dirt and grease, but also to add volume and make your hair feel fresh again in no time at all," says celebrity hairstylist Rebekah Forecast.
Beauty Tribe
Jetset Hot Roller – The Professional, $199 at Beauty Tribe
"To keep your routine really simple, work with your own hair texture and enhance what that is. For starters, get a really amazing haircut that follows that rule and can help you air-dry or at least allow you to only need one or two product applications. Using an iron on just a few select pieces can also help with keeping the routine quick," says Forecast. "For soft, luscious waves, use heated rollers as they are so quick and less damaging than heated irons. Twist the hair before you roll the hair on the roller in a spiral pattern using the whole length of the roller. Let it cool while you’re getting ready and when you’re done, release with your fingers."
Smashbox
Camera Ready CC Cream SPF 30, $42 at Smashbox
The maximum way to knock out time in your routine is to use products with multifunctional personalities so they can do a variety of things at once. "CC creams are a one-stop shop for complexion coverage, moisturizer, primer and sunscreen. Smashbox CC cream is lightweight with SPF 30," says makeup artist Ashlee Glazer.
Laura Geller
Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator in Gilded Honey, $26 at Laura Geller
Adding a glow creates dimension to your face and the appearance that you are well-rested and hydrated. "Laura Geller Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator in Gilded Honey is fabulous for running out the door. The golden glow can be easily applied with a finger or a brush, wet or dry, on the cheekbones, bridge of the nose and tear ducts for a quick pop of light," says Glazer.
Flower Beauty
Kiss Me Twice Lip and Cheek Chubby, $9.98 at Walmart
Cream blushes serve double duty as a tint for cheeks as well as lips. Just dot and smooth with your fingertips and you’re good to go. "Flower Beauty Lip and Cheek Chubbys come in a soft variety of shades and blend seamlessly on the skin," recommends Glazer.
Glossier
Boy Brow, $16 at Glossier
Brows frame the face and always make you look more polished. "Look for a brow pencil with a brush at the end or a brow gel if you are new to this part of your face," suggests Glazer. She likes the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz pencil or Glossier's Boy Brow if you want to use a gel.
CoverGirl
LashBlast Volume Mascara, $5.99 at Target
To open up your eyes, a quick flick of mascara on the top lashes is all you need. "Look for something with a fat brush for maximum volume and coverage. CoverGirl LashBlast Volume Mascara has a sturdy wand so you can get close to the root," says Glazer.
Q Tips
Cotton Swabs, $3.99 at Walgreens
"Lastly, always keep on hand a full fluff powder brush (to buff out bronzer or powder all over quickly and seamlessly) and Q-tips. When in a rush, sometimes we smudge or get nervous, so keeping Q-tips on hand will help to correct any mistakes," advises Glazer.
