Have you had a chance to browse Sephora’s new Clean at Sephora section? It’s a nifty little curation of products that all adhere to certain “clean beauty” standards. Each product has to be free of sulfates (SLS and SLES), parabens, formaldehyde, phthalates, mineral oil, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, triclosan and triclocarban, and must contain less than one percent synthetic fragrances. All of the beauty products that meet these standards are stamped with a “Clean at Sephora” seal, easily distinguishing them from the pack.
With guidelines that strict, you may be tempted to worry that not many products would make the cut — luckily, that’s far from the case. In fact, many of the buzziest brands and products of the moment easily meet the standards — which makes this the perfect excuse to build yourself a brand new beauty routine. Ready to meet some of the most exciting products from Sephora’s clean beauty section? Keep reading for 17 of our favorites.
