Fashion month has come to a close. What a wild ride it was. From stellar street style to outstanding outfits sent down runways in all four fashion capitals, there’s lots to love. As expected, the Fashion Month Fall 2022 beauty looks also rose to the occasion.
Lived-in smoky eyes were a big theme. At Altuzarra, the watered-down eye makeup was punctuated by wet strands. Bora Aksu’s take came complete with laid-back updos. Mark Fast added blue eyeshadow for added dimension. While Versace topped them off with bleached eyebrows.
If eyes weren’t smoky, they were often highlighted with silver. Over at Coach, feline flicks sometimes came in pairs. Then there were the strategically placed silver accents at Christian Dior. Giorgio Armani’s eyeshadow was white, but it still illuminated eyes and cheeks.
Two brands managed to blur the line between beauty and fashion. Balmain’s gold lip accents were pretty striking. This is one of those things that only works on the runway, though. Meanwhile at Simone Rocha, several models sported eye masks made up of pearls and gems.
