Mash
Mash is made from mashed fruit that has been mixed with carbonated water, so it’s carbonated like soda, but unlike soda it’s low in sugar. While one serving only has 25 to 40 calories, one 20 oz. bottle has three servings so this isn’t exactly a low calorie drink, but it is a more healthful alternative if you’re addicted to soda. It’s available in four flavors: Pomegranate Blueberry, Grapefruit Citrus Zing, Lemon Peel Ginger Root and Blood Orange Ripe Mango.
