Messa Chef Aviv Moshe’s Tahini Parfait (serves 1)
- 1 1/4 cups tahini paste
- 3/4 cup date honey
- 3/4 cup chopped dried fruits (dates, raisins, apricots)
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds and walnuts
- 150 milliliters coconut cream
Directions: Mix all the ingredients and place them in a bread pan and into a freezer for a minimum of 8 hours. Cut into thin slices just before serving. Add a hint of date honey, chopped pistachios and halva curls.
