Drama was finally back in full force at the Grammy Awards. After a couple of years of attendees playing it relatively safe, stars embraced the haute couture collections and the more OTT, the better. From Jennifer Lopez’s heavily embellished Ralph & Russo gown complete with epic hat to Cardi B’s 90s Mugler extravaganza, there was a lot to take in on the red carpet.
When it came to color, pink popped up frequently and black and white also had quite the showings. We were even treated to a bunch of statement suits and jumpsuits. Plus, the headwear game was super strong (see: J.Lo, Cardi and Janelle Monáe).
