The result? I say: creepy. I prefer to see fashion modeled on real humans and not CGI characters, thank you very much. But I might not be the best judge, since I find video game characters to be pretty creepy in general, no matter what they’re wearing.
But I’ve got to hand it to Arena Homme+ for pulling together this collaboration: even though gaming culture and fashion seem like they would be diametrically opposed to each other, there might be a good amount of overlap. I can’t think of other industries that believe as much in the power of fantasy as these two unlikely friends, video games and fashion.
