Fashion blogger Nadia Bartel of Chronicles of Nadia is imparting her workout wisdom with the world, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. If you have spotted her abs in a stomach-revealing selfie, which she posts from time to time, you’ll know just how exciting this is for anyone who eats clean and trains mean.
So, what did we learn about this uber-babe’s fitness regimen? Motivation, for starters. Nadia gave us a few tips to get us off our backsides and into the gym. These include getting your workout out of the way in the morning, putting your runners on, finding an exercise you actually like, having a workout partner (hers is Jasmin Howell from Friend in Fashion) and finding your motivation (like an upcoming vaycay).
Nadia also explained her desire for us to all embrace each other for our differences and how she was really good at long jump in her state-level athletics heyday. Oh, and if she doesn’t exercise, she loses weight. “When I don’t work out, I get super thin, my sister and everyone in my family is exactly same,” Nadia wrote to her blog.
