Giambattista Valli and 7 For All Mankind are two companies you’d never expect to work together. When you think of Valli, you think of expertly-crafted dresses, elegance and Amal Clooney. With 7 For All Mankind, the “it” brand of the early aughts makes us think of Britney Spears, baby tees and frameless rose-colored sunglasses. But the two are joining forces for a spring collaboration, which will be released in two installments — once in February and again in May.
Melding Valli’s glamorous aesthetic with the accessibility of the denim brand, in addition to jeans, the collection will offer blouses, dresses, jackets, shorts and even a jumpsuit. The range is anchored in its denim pieces: For early spring, expect animal prints and bright red and pink pants. For the second launch, neon and pastel skinnies take center stage with white and blue denim also on tap for the second offering.

Obviously, the best thing about the collection is the price point. Valli’s usually steep prices are brought hurtling back to earth with this offering, starting at $350 and peaking at $650, which is a lot more accessible than his main line which will set you back a couple thou.
