Let’s begin by mentioning these ladies are hilariously entertaining. Tonight’s episode just kept on giving, and I could write a novel, but, seriously, below are the best bits summed up for you.

By now we all know Heather received the white rose and she now has the power to create any date she wants. Wait, let me rephrase that: ANY DATE SHE WANTS.

So, naturally she decides to do a gym workout, photo shoot and jelly wrestling? Sounds like a days work to me, minus the slime pit. Not the most romantic date, but they did share a slow intimate kiss at the end. I did not expect that!

I must admit, I’m all for dating a guy you first feel comfortable with, someone who can also be your best friend. However, there are some major things you need to be careful of.
- Make sure you’re not too friendly…OK “dude”?
- Make an effort. As much as you want to be the “cool” girl, you still need to impress and seduce.
- Don’t move fast. You can’t go from being totally casual and relaxed about your relationship one moment, to being hot-headed and jealous the next.

Moving onto the group date, Sam takes the ladies to the beach to frolic around in their bikinis. I can only image how cold the water was. Very brave, ladies. Sandra goes on to tell us that she really wants some one-on-one time and believes the only way she is going to stand out is to bring out her personality. Less is more Sandra. LESS IS MORE.

COCKTAIL PARTY TIME! My favourite part of the night, although some of the bachelorettes are thinking otherwise. There was no dress theme for the night, although there were a bunch of ladies looking rather seductive in red.

Jasmin explains how strange tonight feels, probably because she missed the memo about wearing red, but she also gossips to the other ladies about Parmigiana getting a kiss. Maybe it’s just Jasmin feeling a little agitated and like she needs to stir the pot? Don’t worry, Jasmin, those circumstances would make anyone feel a little strange.

Surely the people who felt the most strange, though, were #analglands and the ever-serious Joni, who were awkwardly awaiting their roses only to never receive it, and, well, H-Bomb. Tonight really has me asking the question, “What are your thoughts on calling a guy ‘dude’ and do you think Heather has already friend-zoned herself?”
