Reebok and Maison Kitsuné have joined forces, which brings nothing but music to our ears. The first capsule collection’s theme is all-American preppy style meets baseball. When you think of the origins of Reebok in baseball, this is a great homage to the brand’s roots. The collection will feature apparel pieces, from varsity jackets to T-shirts, sweatshirts and shirts alongside the pièce de résistance — a new take on the classic leather nylon sneaker for men and women.

Inspired by the uniforms of the Brooklyn Dodgers, the collection highlights athletic understated designs that bring a sophisticated and fashion-forward twist to the baseball style we all know. You’ll notice a lot of cream white, bold orange and navy together with collegiate lettering for branding. Maison Kitsuné’s mascot fox has a new look for this collaboration and is seen wearing a baseball cap to fit the theme.
For those of you who are hearing about Maison Kitsuné for the first time, the brand was launched in 2002 by Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki, the co-founders and creative directors. As a multifaceted brand, it has managed to gain success in many industries, including as a record label, a clothing line and even as branded coffee spots called Café Kitsuné.
Here’s a look at some of the pieces in the first Reebok Classic x Maison Kitsuné capsule collection now available in stores.
