After over a year of dating, music industry power couple Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris are officially broken up.
Harris confirmed the news via Twitter this morning. “The only truth here is that a relationship came to an end & what remains is a huge amount of love and respect,” he posted. Swift retweeted the post, but hasn’t yet spoken out about the break up.

A source confirmed to People that the breakup had been amicable, that there had been no drama and neither of them had cheated. “Things just don’t work out sometimes,” said the source. The breakup come just a few short months after the pair celebrated their one year anniversary at a beach side resort.
“Taylor and Adam had no big blowout fight, but the romance just was not there anymore for them,” a source told E! News. “Adam is the one that ended it. It was all done in a very mature fashion. Taylor is pretty upset but they are still in communication. Taylor was there for Adam with his accident and supportive.”
