Green is one of the hues in Pantone’s color trend report for Fall/Winter 2022 (Martini Olive to be exact), and they were clearly right on the money. That said, green isn’t limited to an olive hue. This season the whole spectrum of green is trending.
From activewear coming our way via trend-setting brands like Alo Yoga, who has a whole range of emerald green pieces, to after-dark pieces from up-and-coming designers like Alex Perry, green is in.
It’s one of the most versatile colors because you can go bright and bold if you want to make a statement or you can go soft and muted so that the shade acts almost as a “new neutral.” It’s also one of the few colors that can be pretty easily worn head-to-toe in either the same shade or contrasting shades of green.
