Following the sudden and tragic passing of David Renne, Moschino found themselves without a creative director but have since filled with the void with the appointment of Adrian Appiolaza. The Argentinian designer will oversee womenswear, menswear and accessories collections at the Aeffe-owned house and is set to unveil his debut collection during Milan Fashion Week’s upcoming Fall 2024 season on February 22.
Prior to landing the gig at Moschino, Appiolaza previously held the position of womenwear’s ready-to-wear design director at Chloé working under Clare Waight Keller, before taking up the same position at Loewe under Jonathan Anderson.
