T-minus two days to go until the Vogue World: Paris event gets off to a roaring start, essentially closing out Menswear Paris Fashion Week and opening up Haute Couture Paris Fashion Week.
Vogue World: Paris is set to be an outright celebration and fusion of fashion and sport (ahead of the Paris Olympic Games which commence Friday, July 26 ). Youth athletic academies from throughout France will take part, including gymnastics, tennis, fencing, and break dancing, among others. These sports will be paired with the theme of French fashion of every decade since 1924, when the French capital last hosted the Olympic games. Set to be staged on the famed Place Vendôme, surrounded by haute couture ateliers at the center of the First Arrondissement – we’re excited for the festivities.
