“What did they do to my dear Claire?” asked LolaSvelt. “She looks like she stepped out of White Chicks,” she wrote, pulling out a Wayans brothers movie reference from 2004.
“I love Claire, but this is so bad – cluttered with text, super zoomed in picture of her, poor styling. Fail,” HeatherAnne concluded.
My only consolation here is that the editorial images within the magazine aren’t nearly as bad as the cover. But I still think there’s a chance Claire’s gaze may haunt me as I try to go to sleep tonight.
