Photographers Luigi & Iango have been killing it lately with their flawless Vogue Japan covers over the past three months. Therefore, our forums were expecting even more greatness with the unveiling of their new Versace Jeans campaign for Spring 2017. Models Lexi Boling and Jordan Barrett were selected for the studio shoot, which unfortunately resulted in a series of dull and mediocre black and white images.

To say our forums were let down is an understatement. “Jordan out of all people? Both of them look so bored to me,” Scotty complained the moment the campaign came to light, setting the tone for commentary to follow.
“This is a big mess. Gosh it looks awful! The models, the poses, the styling. Nope! NEXT!” added a far from impressed Bertrando3.
“A whole team of professionals got paid royally for this reeking heap of pure mess. Shame on you,” said an enraged Vitamine W.
Benn98 pointed out, “The clothes look like it could be Versace x H&M (meaning very watered down). Casting and photography elicits nothing from me!”
RedSmokeRise expressed similar sentiments. “No to all of this,” he laughed.
“Lexi, Jordan, Luigi & Iango are all good for Versace… separately, but not together. This feels so wrong,” said artemovartem.
