Our forums don’t usually take notice of The Sunday Times Style but with a cover subject like Bella Hadid, it’s hard to resist. Sure to generate a few headlines by tapping one of fashion’s most in-demand of faces, Bella fronts the largest-selling British newspaper’s Style supplement this week. Shot by photographer Jem Mitchell, Porter’s current cover girl looks effortless and casual on the cover.

“She looks less and less like Carla Bruni and more and more like Melania Trump. Scary. I actually had high hopes for her,” pointed out forum member EstefaniaAbaddon the moment the cover dropped.
“The cover feels very Jennifer Lopez, although Bella is not as striking,” voiced an underwhelmed A.D.C.
AlbertNoir felt the same vibes coming from the shot: “Reminds me of JLo on the cover!”
Also quick to disapprove was Zposen,: “The Hadids need a break from magazine covers… though I don’t see that happening anytime soon.”
“The images look cheap and the styling is dodgy. They are doing Bella no favors here,” pointed out zoom.
“Her ‘make-up secrets’.. her Dior contract,” laughed tigerrouge
Nymphaea added, “Most of the time she looks like a vehicle wearing clothes, this time it isn’t different, although the last smiling shot feels more human.”
“I like it, especially because it’s a makeup editorial and you can see skin texture,” kokobombon commented.
