Vogue Ukraine Closes Out the Year With Yet Another Stellar Cover

This has been a monumental year for Vogue Ukraine. Producing fantastic cover shoots one after the other, the title has secured a spot as one of the best international fashion glossies of 2017. Last month’s covers featuring Othilia Simon received a lot of praise and this month’s covers are just as outstanding. Newbie model Dorit Revelis makes her debut on three dazzling front covers, shot by Ukrainian-born photographer Jens Ingvarsson (also making his Vogue cover debut).

TFS forum members continue to be impressed by Vogue Ukraine, but seem to be tiring of the multi-cover trend. “The second cover (below) is ALL I NEED. Pure perfection. The others make it look like a child’s magazine. However, please STOP IT with the multi-covers. It doesn’t add anything. The multi-covers every month shows that they’re undecided so they just release all. Stop it. Pick the BEST photo and stick to it,” MON suggested.

“I agree 100%,” replied MyNameIs. “It’s not just a problem at Vogue Ukraine, but most publications. The middle cover is perfection. The other two seem like an afterthought. I do love the colors in all three though.”

“They really keep nailing their covers. I agree that the second is my favorite but all three are nice and unique enough to catch my attention,” added forum member lelaid.

In the same boat was Benn98. “Yeah, the second is the best of the three. I think all the negative space ruined the first one. But they are all stunning and festive without being corny. Once again, this magazine outdid themselves,” he applauded.

Sharing a similar sentiment was forum member 333101: “Agree about the second cover being the best, what a lovely smile and the covers still manage to feel festive without going down the obvious route.”

Apple wrote, “I might be repetitive but Vogue Ukraine is my favorite right now. They’ve found their identity and reinvent it for every cover.

These are so nice and I love the festive mood expressed in a different way. Love love love!”

Vogue Italia came back to us reincarnated in Ukraine and I am living for it,” marsnoop2 said.
