Supermodels are everywhere right now, not that we’re complaining. Claudia Schiffer is currently on Vogue Russia, Gisele Bündchen graces Harper’s Bazaar Russia and now Kate Moss has just been unveiled as the new face of Ermanno Scervino. The Italian fashion label doesn’t get the recognition it deserves on our forums, but we’ve been keeping a close eye on its campaigns since Luigi & Iango started shooting the ads (featuring Edie Campbell for Spring 2019 and Doutzen Kroes for Fall 2019). For Spring 2020, the photographic duo captures Kate in the studio for the cool black and white images.
But it was the use of Photoshop that became the topic of conversation on our forums. “At this point, I’d just hire a CGI artist instead of spending the money on studio time, a model, a photographer, etc.,” called out tigerrouge.
“Your new anti-aging cream: Photoshop,” mocked Nymphaea.
“Gorgeous CGI Kate! Fake, but gorgeous nonetheless,” said russianelf.

“A clear example of how good use of Photoshop can make a picture work!” echoed apple.
“At this point it feels like I’ve seen these exact images of Kate Moss thousands of times before,” Nomar complained.
Lola701 shared the same sentiment: “There’s nothing more boring than a campaign of Kate just being Kate… I would love to see her do Prada, Vuitton, maybe Versace again. Anything that doesn’t try to emulate her personal style.”
“I swear these could be outtakes from her Alberta Ferretti Fall 2016 campaign and no one would notice. It’s too similar! Hair over the right side of her face, pretty much the same poses in black and white…damn. I mean, I’ll always be here for some classic Kate Moss, but this is literally the art of doing nothing,” aracic pointed out.
