Blackpink is still on a quest for global newsstand domination. In just the last two months, Rosé covered Vogue Australia while Lisa made the cover of Vogue Japan. Now all of the members of the K-pop phenomenon reappear on Vogue Korea starring on a bunch of collectible June 2021 covers. Following an array of remarkable Liya Kebede, Raquel Zimmermann and Edie Campbell covers, the Korean fashion bible has been firmly in our good graces. Photographed by Kim Hee June, Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa and Rosé go at it alone on their respective solo covers (below), then join forces for a group shot (after the jump).
The covers immediately ignited debate on our forums. “Rosé outshines every single girl in that group shot and her solo cover is quite strong,” commented badgalcrush.
“Love Jisoo’s cover the best. She’s just such a beauty,” admired oaklee91.
“Jisoo’s cover is quite beautiful! Certainly my favorite out of the five, followed by Lisa’s solo. Nothing too memorable, though,” said aracic.

“The group cover is an eyesore, but the individual solo covers are far better. Out of the four, Jennie’s is my most fave and I love how Rosé’s is taking me back to the art direction of Vogue Nippon. I love the minimalism of all the solo covers and how cohesive they are. No complaints here!” vogue28 chimed in.
“That group cover looks like a cheap version of that iconic Vogue Paris cover with Snejana, Jessica, Gemma and Sasha,” MyNameIs pointed out.
“The group cover is Photoshopped horribly!” declared missbluejean.
GivenchyHomme shared the same sentiment: “They look like video game characters. Very fake and artificial-looking. The heavy retouching only exaggerates that.”
