Paula Merlo at Vogue Brazil stays winning. The editor continues to champion homegrown talent via the magazine’s front covers, having endorsed everyone from Brazilian singer Ivete Sangalo to trailblazing Brazilian model Valentina Sampaio over recent months. Merlo has also been brilliant enough to enlist São Paulo-based lensman Lufré as one of Brazilian Vogue‘s regulars in the process, who insisted on Barbara Valente commanding our attention as the title’s cover girl just last month. Now, Lufré fixates his masterful lens upon Brazilian model Maria Klaumann with the unveiling of the magazine’s April 2024 issue. Across a duo of visually-arresting covers styled by Rita Lazarotti, Klaumann serves face as she gazes down Lufré’s lens in cover one (below) while is captured amongst the rugged wilderness of a Chilean landscape for cover two (after the jump), dressed in a Loewe dress.
