Debora Zakuto continues to catapult Vogue Turkey to new heights. Over recent months, Zakuto’s knack for dropping covers with theFashionSpot-approved cover stars is becoming increasing more evident. The magazine has had our undivided attention over recent months, with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Grace Elizabeth, Beauïse Genç, Lila Moss and Stella Maxwell having been welcomed as cover stars. Joining that impressive lineup with the unveiling of Vogue Turkey’s June 2024 offering is Hana Jirickova. The team ventured to The Lake House hotel situated within the neighborhood of Keramet, Turkey to shoot this month’s cover. The Czech-born beauty emerges from the waters of Lake İznik in the cover photograph, captured by Emre Guven. The shot is complete with Jirickova styled by Ceylan Atınç in a look from Virginie Viard‘s Chanel Pre-Fall 2024 collection.
Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:
“I love Hana Jirickova. A true model. Unexpected cover, very interesting. She’s giving FACE!” raved BelkaniStaCouture the moment the cover dropped.
“So happy to see Hana. She deserves it,” applauded Deleted Member 141523.
“So pretty like a lotus. The color combos are exquisite. What a delight! Turkish delight!” enthused oaklee91.
Scotty could not have agreed more, commenting: “Love it like always. Vogue Turkey rarely misses.”
“I have a thing for classic Chanel covers. But this is not it,” voiced aracic. “I’ve never seen a more lifeless and dull ”pretty girl coming out the water” shot. The water looks murky, there’s too much space, the shoe is ugly and her hair looks like that godforsaken half-shaved trend from a decade ago.”
“Hate the hair but so happy to see her on the cover,” said kokobombon.
