Two qualities that help mitigate heartbreak in the first place and are important to cultivate after a breakup.

So look at it this way, you’re one step closer to happily ever after.” The author to this one is unknown, but it kind of sounds like it comes from a wise mother or grandmother who’s been through the gauntlet of life. And it rings true. Think of your relationship as a learning experience and one that gets you closer to standards that create an amazing future partnership.
“There is no remedy for love but to love more.” Henry David Thoreau spent a lot of time sitting in the woods, contemplating life’s mysteries. Since few of us have that option, we can be glad he wrote those thoughts down. When you’re feeling like hope is lost, remember that laughter, joy, a new love interest and happiness is an unbeatable salve.
