The Day Drinker
Day drinking is an art form, best practiced over time. Relaxing by the pool calls for a Tiki-style cocktail that won’t take too much effort between naps in the sun. Philadelphia Distilling also recommended this recipe by Nick at Goat Hollow, on its Facebook page here. Try it with their XXX Shine Whiskey, a white corn whiskey. This is DELISH and you barely need anything to make it.
Tiki Cocktail
- 2 oz XXX Shine Whiskey
- 2 oz Creme De Coconut
- 1 oz fresh squeezed Lime Juice
Just shake and pour it over rocks. Garnish with fresh fruit.
