3/4 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 of a vanilla bean or 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 teaspoon maca powder

1 cup homemade macadamia milk (or any nut milk will do)
