Sure there were a number of the brand’s signature knits, which this season had a Japanese tinge (a certified trend of the Spring 2013 season at this point), but there was no humor to be found. Though they may not exactly be on brand, there was nonetheless appeal to be found in the tattered hem knits, quilted sweaters, kimono-style tied trousers, and workwear-inspired jumpers, but most of the oddly patchworked dresses and patterened separates left much to be desired in both aesthetics and wearable appeal.
