Perhaps Posen was taking a note from Marc Jacobs’ last collection for Louis Vuitton with his seemingly French inspired pre-fall 2009 collection or perhaps he was inspired by Galliano given the every-color-in-the-rainbow palette of this collection or even further a touch of Roberto Cavalli with his leopard print number.
Whatever the inspiration was, it seemed to lack when it came to originality and excitement.
