The girl we can’t get tired of. Julia Nobis isn’t just the stand-out Australian model of Spring 2014, but was booked for the third highest number of shows internationally. It’s sort of exhaustion-inspiring just looking at the list of 55 shows she walked this season, which included Marc Jacobs, Gucci, Lanvin, Dior, Givenchy, Chanel, Valentino, Alexander McQueen, Louis Vuitton and Hermès.

Catherine McNeil
The campaigns Catherine McNeil landed in the lead-up to September gave us high hopes she’d be omnipresent on the Spring 2014 runways. She didn’t disappoint, walking a huge 22 shows by the forums’ count. Those included Oscar de la Renta, Tom Ford, Fendi, Missoni and Dolce & Gabbana.

Ruby Jean Wilson
Being crowned a Marc Jacobs muse 12 months ago did everything you’d expect it would for the Sydney-based model’s career trajectory. She hasn’t lost her cool girl, cult appeal in the interim, but this season walked for Fendi, Peter Pilotto, Erdem, Mary Katrantzou and Moschino – 16 shows in total She also put some more antipodean flavor on the runways of Zimmermann and Karen Walker.

Gabby Westbrook-Patrick
Relative newcomer Gabby Westbrook-Patrick won’t be ‘one to watch’ for much longer, having recently made her mark on the cover of Elle Australia’s debut issue, and her international star is rising just as fast. Gabby made a quiet entrance to the fashion month circuit, walking for Kenneth Cole and Ralph Lauren in New York, before heading to Paris for John Galliano and Versace.

We first noticed Gabby Dover closing Christopher Kane — a pretty decent international circuit debut. The Lou Doillon lookalike clocked up eight shows in total, including Marques’Almeida, Mark Fast and Missoni.
