Moschino
Gold buttons down models’ bodies, belt bags galore (and some belt necklaces!), mesh on mesh and a vibrant Coca-Cola/soda print explosion made for a delectably kitschy collection. If ever a designer could bring Moschino back to its Franco Moschino glory days, it will no doubt be Jeremy Scott.

The Row
Outerwear was particularly strong this season at The Row with a gorgeous ivory floor-sweeping trench and a handful of below-the-knee ones. As per usual, the brand relied on fabric quality and precision of cut to dazzle with their clean-lined designs. As for bags, the standout was an exotic skinned structured rectangular one with fur handles and tasseled accents.

Marc Jacobs
Colorblocked watercolor prints, sequins, sheer net overlays, colorful animal prints and micro mini silhouettes made for a young and party-minded collection this season at Marc Jacobs. Perhaps the most memorable piece — and a nod to the more youthful demographic the designer seems to be after — was a white fur jacket with an oversized black fur bow.

Marissa Webb
Marissa Webb may not be a household name yet, but that is bound to change very quickly. Not only is she now at the helm of Banana Republic, but her namesake ready-to-wear continues to be one of the sharpest. Impeccably styled, the collection included a series of beautiful asymmetric checked dresses, patterned and solid separates layered for a cool-casual effect, slender trousers, loosely hanging outerwear and modern takes on the tuxedo.

Michael Kors
It was a relatively light and airy season at Michael Kors. Pastels, safari colors and loose silhouettes with a good amount of layering made for a classic Americana showing from the designer. Also in the mix were romantic, lightweight print dresses and a good amount of outerwear, including fur and leather.
