Sarah Paulson made it out to a Comic-Con party wearing a look from the latest Lela Rose resort collection. She finished the top and skirt combo with Christian Louboutin heels and an icy blue metallic minaudiere. She managed that just-right balance of dressed up, but not too dressed up.
