Watch: Runway Shows or Presentations? TheFashionDish Weighs In

[bamf id=”1059047″]

On the final evening of New York Fashion Week Spring 2015, we brought together seven fashion industry experts for dinner, drinks and raucous conversation for our second season of theFashionDish

In an interview with Suzy Menkes earlier this year, Anna Wintour stated that “an interesting creative presentation is just as effective as a fashion show.” We ask our Dishers if designers should consider eschewing the runways in favor of a more intimate, personal presentation. In support of the runways, Phillip Bloch states that “there’s nothing like flowing chiffon,” while Robert Verdi likes to see the details of a collection up close and personal. Find out what the rest of our panel has to say in our latest episode.
