Will she or won’t she? That’s the question many Americans are asking themselves these days as the window of opportunity to secure a presidential bid closes in for former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. Earlier reports targeted this week as a prime time for Clinton to declare her 2016 candidacy — a similar time frame to her 2007 run — but now analysts are pinpointing spring as the more logical choice. That would give her time to finish out paid engagements, which are scheduled through March, and to legally separate herself from groups that would presumably back her candidacy so she wouldn’t break federal election rules.
