Lo Bosworth may well be the first reality star turned vagina expert. If you’re confused, the former Laguna Beach and The Hills co-star launched a line of feminine hygiene products called Love Wellness designed to “erase infections, cleanse without disrupting pH and deliver superior probiotics and nutrients that help to maintain feminine wellness.” In between, she’s also built a mini lifestyle empire and went to culinary school. We asked the budding entrepreneur our quickfire questions — and no questions were off-limits.
- My morning routine consists of… herbal tea and a walk with our puppy Blue.
- Everyone always asks me this about The Hills/Laguna Beach… was it real?
- My most memorable travel experience was… visiting the home my mother grew up in in Amsterdam with my boyfriend.
- My beauty essentials include… CoverGirl LashBlast mascara, Vintner’s Daughter face serum and Glossier’s Balm Dotcom.
- One thing women don’t know about their vaginas is… they really don’t like chemical-based products like lubricants.
- My favorite vagina nickname is… “vag.”
- The most surprising thing I learned while creating Love Wellness is… just how many women out there have problems that are resistant to traditional methods of treatment.
- The craziest vagina-related story I’ve heard is… I just heard about a woman who gave birth in the Westfield at the World Trade Center!
- My favorite clothing brands/designers include… Self-Portrait for dresses, Saint Laurent for shoes and Zara for day-to-day basics.
- If my days had one extra hour I’d… chop up vegetables in advance.
- My guilty pleasure is… cheese pizza.
- If you looked in my fridge you’d find… organized chaos!
- I’m dying to splurge on… a new couch (our puppy ate a Sharpie on our existing one).
- The most treasured item in my closet is… a vintage, sequined unitard I’ve never worn.
- When I’m stressed… I can’t sleep.
- Something I wish more people knew about me is… my real name is Lauren.

- The most useful tip I picked up in culinary school was… sharpen your knives!
- When it comes to looking great on camera… I rely heavily on pressed powder.
- My all-time favorite TheLoDown.com post… is this one featuring my old apartment in Nolita. I don’t live here anymore, but it was fun to decorate!
- One thing I do badly that I wish I did well is… answer emails in a more timely manner.
