Double-Take #2: Nicki Minaj and Brandy Norwood in Alexander McQueen

Nicki has been streamlining her style lately, eschewing over-the-top getups for high-end gowns. The popular rapper made an impression last week in Las Vegas at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards thanks to this black Alexander McQueen. The Spring 2014 piece featured a series of cut-outs on the bodice and was teamed with dual cuffs as well as a pair of shapely earrings. It wasn’t the first red carpet outing for the revealing gown, however, since Brandy sported the design at the 45th NAACP Image Awards Non-Televised Awards Ceremony in Pasadena a few months earlier. By only incorporating a small black clutch and a couple of gold rings, the multifaceted star let the gown take center stage.
