Since this year’s Met Gala is set for Monday, we can’t help but reflect on the past and all the delicious looks that the gala has produced over the years. From high-wattage couture creations to out-of-the-box risqué looks that may have taken some time to truly appreciate, fashion’s equivalent of the Oscars never disappoints. Think multicolored feathers , body armor-like metallics, borderline obsessive sheer accents and enough embellishments to shake a very stylish stick at.
