The pink carpet at this year’s Billboard Music Awards was pretty hot — and it wasn’t just because of the sheer number of see-through outfits flaunting a tremendous amount of skin. Temps were in the mid-90s in Las Vegas, so it’s no wonder that a lot of stars opted out of melting on the carpet and headed straight into the venue. Those brave souls who decided to sweat it out favored sheer accents or completely see-through pieces. Inside, ruffles reigned supreme with attendees embracing them to borderline excess. For all the fashionable highlights from the ceremony, check out the slideshow above.
