We definitely expect to see some truly crazy looks at MTV’s Video Music Awards. But this year’s ceremony may just be the craziest. From an ostrich feather hat to a spoon accent, the attendees at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards were obviously going for shock value.

After all, skin was certainly in. Just ask Megan Fox who rocked a barely-there Mugler creation.
