When you’re looking for eye-catching show-stopping street style, Anna Dello Russo never disappoints. On the first day of the Couture shows in Paris, Anna stepped out in not one, but two dresses from Fausto Puglisi’s Spring 2011 collection. “Very daring. Got a hint of Gianni Versace. She looks great in yellow,” wrote Label Basher. Anna’s ever-helpful blog identified her accessories as Pierre Hardy shoes, a Valentino clutch, a Bulgari watch, and an Eddie Borgo bracelet. Anna accessorized her black Fausto Puglisi dress with another Valentino clutch and Versace shoes.

Christine Centenera a Fashion Editor at Harper’s Bazaar Australia, created a dramatic silhouette in a Lover lace dress over Bassike leather pants and Tom Ford pointy-toed pumps. Kenysha75 called the look “amazing” and ranstar complimented, “She looks stunning, it’s such a dramatic look.”
Later in the week, Christine wore another Lover dress with an Ann Demeulemeester top, Rick Owens cardigan, and Christian Louboutin heels. Somehow it was the heels that stole the show for forum members. “I actually like those Christian Louboutin daffodils she’s wearing,” wrote Party_Vixen. “It must be because of the print – currently loving leopard print (again).” Honeyisle wrote, “Those Christian Louboutin heels are pure sex.”

A new favorite on the street style scene, OK! Magazine Russia’s Miroslava Mikheeva-Duma had a lot of fun with her fashions for Paris Haute Couture. She started off the week in a bright flame-colored Christopher Kane dress. “That dress reminds me of the lava from a volcano. It is pretty amazing and she looks great!” guellin posted. Later in the week she switched things up with a look from Prada’s popular color-filled Spring 2011 collection.

In the forums, Emmanuelle Alt has garnered lots of admiration for her laid back, chic Parisian style. Chanelcouture09, ForChicSake, and FrenchCactus all greeted her ensemble of a blue button-up with skinny black pants and black pumps with a chorus of “so chic!” Melly5525 posted, “How she makes a denim shirt and black skinnies looks so cool and chic… I don’t know. I want to copy the whole look.” Imitation is still the sincerest form of flattery.
For the Valentino show at the Hotel Salomon de Rothschild, Emmanuelle wore skinny black pants again with a fringed, belted tunic and a pair of high-heeled sandals. Ciao!Manhattan wasn’t a fan of the top, but Not Plain Jane begged to differ, declaring the outfit “amaaaaaazing.”
