Q: Where do you live?
A: I live in Oakland California, a city near San Francisco. I desperately want to move to LA.
A: Haha well… I draw signs for Trader Joe’s. Doesn’t sound very glamorous, but I convince myself I’m a paid artist, which sounds more glamorous. I was a visual merchandiser/stylist for a year and it killed me.
A: 21, so ancient.
A: Ah, let’s see. I’m very influenced by music, and that period in the sixties somewhere between Camelot and hippies. I find that i’m usually dressed either slightly gothy or very frilly and girly. I like extremes and a bit of sex appeal.
Big hair and a shirt skirt is never a bad idea!
Q: Who are your favorite designers?
A: As far as daydreaming goes, Miu Miu (Miuccia Prada), Lanvin (Alber Elbaz), Marni, Marc, Stella and Luella.
